1.3 Device Contacts
With your explicit permission, BROKEY may access your device's contact list to help you quickly add leads and call clients. We only access contacts you choose to import. Contact data is used solely to facilitate lead management within the App and is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
1.4 Third-Party Lead Data
If your organization connects Meta (Facebook) Lead Ads, we receive lead information submitted through those ad forms (such as name, phone number, and email) on behalf of your organization.

We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the BROKEY App and Service.
- Create and manage your account and organization workspace.
- Enable lead management, project catalog browsing, and brochure sharing.
- Send push notifications for new leads, follow-up reminders, and team updates.
- Process and display leads received from Meta Lead Ads integrations.
- Log portfolio and brochure shares for team visibility.
- Improve, personalize, and expand our Service.
- Respond to your support requests and communicate with you.
- Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security threats.

3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Within your organization: Admins and agents in your team workspace can access shared leads, projects, and activity logs as permitted by their role.
- Service providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate the App, including:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting
- Cloudinary — image storage and delivery
- Cloudflare R2 — document and PDF storage
- Expo / Google — push notification delivery
- Meta (Facebook) — lead ads integration (when enabled by your organization)
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Lead and client data entered by your organization is retained according to your organization's use of the platform.
