You can request deletion of your BROKEY account and the personal data associated with it. This page is for users of the BROKEY mobile app (com.leadroom.app) and related services at brokey.in.
What gets deleted
When your deletion request is processed, we remove or anonymize:
- Your account profile (name, email, phone, and login credentials)
- Push notification tokens linked to your device
- Your personal activity within the app (where applicable to your role)
What may remain
- Organization data: Leads, notes, and share logs created as part of a team workspace may remain visible to your organization's admins, as they are business records owned by the organization.
- Legal retention: We may retain limited records where required by law (for example, billing or fraud-prevention logs).
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.
